Smart IT have become directly authorised by OFCOM, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industry.

The authorisation will allow Smart IT to sell directly to the end user (without having to use partners – or ‘middle-men’), calls, lines, broadband, mobiles, and other services normally offered direct by only the bigger players such as BT.  Smart IT will also have the ability test lines, provision new services, migrate services and full access to BT engineers diaries.

This move will allow Smart IT to offer its customers an improved, more efficient level of service at a very competitive rate that will be difficult for others to match without this direct link.
