At Smart IT, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that consistently delivering exceptional service is key to building long-term, successful relationships with our clients.
Every time a customer contacts our service desk, we log the interaction into our ticketing system. Once the issue is resolved, the system automatically sends a survey to the customer, asking them to rate our service out of five. These ratings are then compared against thousands of other professional IT service providers, allowing us to benchmark our performance and strive to exceed industry standards.
