Today Smart IT have completed the purchase of new premises to be converted into Smart IT’s new offices in the center of Team Valley Trading Estate.

We’ve been in our current office for around 18 months now but already we’ve outgrown it, and with two vacancies currently advertised and another graphic designer role coming up soon, we need bigger premises before the walls give way!

So today we have completed the purchase of 320J Mayoral Way in Team Valley, currently a large empty warehouse beside Team Valley Retail Park. We have plans to convert the warehouse into new offices for all Smart IT staff, which should see us through the next four years.

The project will take around three months to complete (we hope) and will include a reception area, Engineers workshop, remote support area, sales area, design/development office, meeting room, kitchen, stores and even a gym. The current floor space totals 1500 square foot however, we plan to install a mezzanine floor to nearly double the floor space to around 3000 square foot.
