We are pleased to introduce our latest staff member, Anthony Crawford, who has joined our growing technical support team as an apprentice First Line Engineer.

Anthony joined our support team in July on our Advanced Microsoft IT Apprenticeship scheme and will be working alongside our second line engineers in our ever expanding IT Helpdesk.

Anthony’s passion for IT, including extensive experience of working with computers and networks (with some time spent at Marden High School as an IT Technician), and excellent results at school and college made Anthony the ideal candidate for Smart IT’s Advanced Microsoft IT Apprenticeship.

We would like to wish him every success in his new role where he has already become a valued and integral member of the Smart IT Helpdesk.
